Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Wizard Anime AI at wizardanime.video. By creating an account, purchasing credits or generating a video, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Wizard Anime AI provides prompt-led wizard-school fantasy animation. You supply a written story brief and choose a visual style, duration, render version and resolution. The service creates a short animated clip and stores it in your account.

The service is a creative tool. It does not provide official franchise media, documentary evidence, news reporting or a statement from a rights holder.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or creates a security risk.

Your story briefs

You keep ownership of the original text you submit. You grant Wizard Anime AI a limited licence to store, process and transmit that text only as needed to provide the requested generation, operate the account and investigate abuse or failures.

You represent that you have the rights needed to use the material in your brief and the resulting animation. Do not ask the service to reproduce a real actor's likeness, existing film footage, logos or an official production.

Prohibited content

You may not use Wizard Anime AI to:

• violate another person's privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights
• create content that harasses, threatens, defames or sexually exploits a person
• depict a minor in a sexual or exploitative context
• reproduce or misrepresent a real person, actor or event as official or documentary evidence
• impersonate a person, company or public authority in a misleading way
• upload malware, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service
• evade credit charges, refunds, rate limits or safety controls
• violate applicable law or the rules of a platform where the content is published

We may remove content, block a task, suspend an account or report unlawful activity when necessary to protect users or the service.

Credits and payments

Credits are purchased or granted under the pricing shown at checkout. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and may expire according to the pack or plan. The required credits and selected settings are shown before a paid task starts.

A failed task may return reserved credits automatically. A completed task is charged even if you later choose not to use the video. Payment processor terms, taxes and currency conversion may apply.

Generated videos

You may use an original generated video for personal or commercial creative work, subject to these terms and any rights held by third parties. You are responsible for captions, claims and disclosures you add. Do not present a generated clip as official franchise media, a real recording or evidence of an actual event.

Harry Potter, Hogwarts and related marks belong to their respective owners. Wizard Anime AI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Warner Bros. Entertainment or J.K. Rowling. References to those terms describe the fan-creation context and do not imply endorsement.

Availability and changes

We may change styles, durations, pricing, render limits or features. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures or abuse investigations may delay a task.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that a generated video will meet a platform's monetization, advertising or copyright requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wizard Anime AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected credits in the 90 days before the claim, or the minimum required by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements or risks to the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, disclaimers and liability limits, will continue to apply.
